Like many individuals and companies around the world, we are closely monitoring the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and following the advice of government and health authorities to make sure we are taking the right actions to protect our customers, employees and the communities where we operate.
As such, we are adjusting our Customer Care Centre hours to accommodate the current climate. Our dedicated team will still be available to help, but at reduced hours.
Effective immediately, the Flexicar team will be unavailable to help via phone at the following times:
Weekdays: 5am – 6am
Weekends: 5am – 8am
Then, from 5th April (at the end of Daylight Savings), at the following times:
Weekdays: 4am – 6am
Weekends: 4am – 7am
We will continue to provide our usual high standard of customer service support via phone at all other times.
In the unlikely event that you experience mechanical issues during your rental whilst our Customer Care Centre is closed, please contact Roadside Assistance on 1800 996 010 and follow the prompts to option 4.
If you have a non-urgent matter during the times listed above that you wish to discuss, please call 1300 36 37 80 during our operating hours or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as soon as possible.
Rest assured, we are working as hard as possible to continue to provide support to all our members. We would also like to take this opportunity to reassure our customers that Flexicar is still a safe and reliable way to travel and that in addition to our standard cleaning service, we are disinfecting all hard surfaces in our vehicles.
