You’ve spoken, and we’ve listened.
We get lots of feedback regarding our current booking system and in car technology. We pride ourselves on being an innovative business focused on providing a great experience for our members, so we’ve listened to your feedback, and we’re upgrading!
What do I need to do?
It couldn’t be easier.
You’ll need to log in to the new member area by clicking Member sign in as normal, and add your credit card payment method. Once you’ve done this, you’ll be ready to book and drive on the new platform. You’ll also start using the brand new Pin Pad device you would have seen on the drivers’ side of the windshield. See below for details on how it works.
How does it work?
Using the Pin Pad device is easy. You will receive a 6-digit PIN 15 minutes prior to your confirmed booking start. It will also be available to see in the App. Once you get to your Flexicar, simply input the 6-digit PIN into the new Pin Pad device located on the drivers’ side of the vehicle. The Pin Pad will flash green and the doors will unlock. Red means you may have enter the incorrect PIN and will need to try again.
During your booking use your Flexicar as you currently do by taking the keys with you to lock and unlock the car. At the end of your booking, leave the keys in the car and lock the Flexicar by entering the same 6-digit PIN into the Pin Pad device. The Pin Pad will flash green, and the doors will lock.
After your booking is finished, your credit card will be charged and an invoice sent by email.

• Device-less Flexicar access: thanks to our Pin Pad entry technology; no longer any need for your Flexicard. Your 6-digit PIN is sent to you by SMS 15 minutes before your booking, and you simply type it in to access the car. Easy!
• NFC enabled access for your NFC enabled Android device – super quick and easy
• Pay-as-you-go: No more delays and convoluted monthly bills! We’re changing the way we invoice from the old fashioned monthly invoice system to pay as you go billing; you will pay per booking, which will help you keep control of your plan, payments and driving costs
• 15 minute booking extensions rather than the current 30 minutes for those times you just need a bit longer!
• More control over your payment with the ability to add multiple personal/business payment methods onto driving accounts
• NO annual membership fees for business accounts and an increase to 150kms daily driving on our Light plan (previously 100kms)
The great news here is that’s just the tip of the iceberg. The upgrade allows a whole world of improvements which will only mean a better service for you.
