All the tools you need to manage your membership are now on the Flexicar website after the member login.
Once you’ve logged into the members’ section you can access the My Account tab where you will find links and downloads to change your details, change your Flexicar plan and cancel you membership if you need to.
The Flexicar Re:Member Manual is better known as your booking bible! It tells you what to do before, during and after your booking. It also contains all the finer details like hat to do if your car won’t start and how to use your petrol vouchers to refuel.
Before you cancel your membership, have you considered:
Switching to the Intro plan means no commitments. There is no monthly prepaid credit so you only pay when you drive and nothing at all when you don’t. The only cost to keep your Flexicar membership active just in case you want to drive will be the $49 annual membership fee. If you’d like to change your plan simply log in and go to ‘My membership’.
